Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. Delivery Estimates and Responsibility

  • No Guaranteed Dates: GloryB provides estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed.

  • Carrier Liability: GloryB is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.

  • Transfer of Ownership: Legal ownership of the products passes to you (the Merchant) or your customer at the moment the package is handed to the carrier. 

2. Address and Order Accuracy

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the user, GloryB does not accept responsibility. You will be responsible for the cost of a replacement order.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Shipping: For international shipments, you (or your customers) are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or VAT that may apply.

  • Disclaimer Requirement: It is highly recommended to state on your storefront that orders may incur customs fees, to avoid surprises for the end customer. 

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Prohibited Destinations: GloryB does not ship to certain regions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, including but not limited to: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. 

5. Lost or Damaged Goods 

  • Claims Deadline: If a package is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Wrong Product/Damage: If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must submit a claim in accordance with GloryB's Return Policy. 

6. Packaging

  • Separate Shipments: Some products are packaged and shipped separately, meaning orders with multiple items might arrive at different times. 

Shipping Policy 

Delivery When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on the location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA/Canada: 4-7 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it.

What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package
